7 BEST REASONS ABOUT THE BENEFITS OF TRAVELING

Everyone likes to travel, or almost, and in this year it is perhaps the most coveted desire. ✈️ So before you even start taking a look at airline tickets, hotels, and activities for your next holiday, let's see what are some of the benefits that travel brings. 1-It stimulates the brain, which must adapt to new situations, out of the the comfort zone, and therefore increases cognitive capacity and increases neural connections. 2-Reduces the risk of suffering a heart attack and other cardiovascular problems and also depression .❤️ 3-Increases self-esteem because interacting with different people and places represents a compelling challenge. ?♂️ 4-It is antidepressant beacause it forces a change in routine that causes stress and to think "out of the box". ? 5-It makes us happy because it stimulates the senses and enriches us in experience and feeling of well-being. ? 6-You stay in shape because you are so trapped by the desire to meet and visit that you walk much more and eat less than in a normal day of routine. 7-Create antibodies, because during the journey you are in contact with the bacteria present in different environments and this process increases the body's immune defenses. So don't stop to travel this year!

YOUR SECRET PLAN TO FORMENTERA
If you are planning for a trip to Formentera, please have a look to our advice in our blog news section. Here we show you 5 beaches within the reach of few, for their difficult access and beacause they are less known.
If you travel alone or as a couple, you are looking for quiet places and you like to snorkel, take a look at our top 5.

BEACH IS CALO ’D’ES MORT
If you want a unique place to enjoy the sunsets, we suggest you to visit this beach, which is located right at the end of Mitjorn beach, before starting the Cliffs of la Mola.
It is a small 80mt beach surrounded by rocks, a real gem.
You can go through Mitjorn beach along the rocks or go down through the pine forests of the Maryland detour.

CALA EN BASTER
Near Sant Ferran de ses Roques, in the Tramuntana area, is this small cove of stones and rocks, a very quiet place also in high season, ideal for snorkelling. Few people know it. At first you only see a cliff, but if you take Calle de San Jaume at the exit of San Ferran de Ses Roques up to the cliff you can go down to the beach by a stone staircase.

ES RAM BEACH
This beach is very small and difficult to access since you have to go down some rock stairs and it is very little known. It is located after Es calo ’d’es Mort beach, near the Maryland development. It is the ideal place for a romantic and solitary dip at sunset.

SA TORRETA
It is located on the island of Espalmador, near the Torre de sa Guardiola, and is a beach of fine sand in the shape of a bay. It can be glimpsed when passing with the ferry in front of Espalmador when arriving at Formentera and it only has access by boat or walking from the beach of S’Alga (Espalmador). A paradise within reach of few.

PISCINAS NATURALES DE SA PEDRERA
You will find them on the northwest coast of the island, in the Can Marroig area. To get there, you have to go around S´estany d´es Peix, leave the car in Can Marroig and continue walking along the Sa Pedrera green route for about 20 minutes until you reach the sea.
When you arrive you will find a rugged landscape declared a nature reserve, where three coves await you with easy access to the sea where you can snorkel. A memory that you will take with you.

Do not forget to bring a camera, sports shoes, water and some food on all these excursions since you will not find bars or restaurants.
